The Kellogg’s Nutrigrain Skills Challenge
What’s involved?
There are seven skills in the Challenge: Driving, 135 metre shot, Pitching, Up and Down, Bunker play, Difficult lies and putting.
There are two sections this year - an overall individual competition and a club competition.
Who can take part?
Anyone over the age of 18, who has an official handicap can enter.
How does it work?
We are holding several regional qualifying events, from which a number of qualifiers will progress to a National Final at the GUI National Golf Academy.

This great event is back for 2013 and this year we are looking for teams to take part from golf clubs around the country.
How to get involved?
Select a three man team and/or a three lady team and use the attached form to enter them in a qualifying event.
Teams shall consist of
- One team member with a handicap of 9 or less on 1st January 2013
- One team member with a handicap between 10 and 19 on 1st January 2013
- One team member with a handicap of 20 or higher on 1st January 2013
- Teams may include a maximum of one member aged 16 or 17 on 1st January 2013
There is NO entry fee for this Team Competition
Kellogg’s Nutri-grain will provide a light lunch for all competitors at each qualifying event, and at the National Final.
The winning club team overall will be awarded the title National Skills Team Champions for 2013
Those players not selected for your club team, may also enter the individual competition for a chance to become the National Skills Champion.
There are prizes awarded to the leading men’s team and ladies team at each qualifying venue. The top 25% of teams at each qualifying event will qualify for the National Final. The players that compete in the qualifiers do not have to be selected on the team for the National Final.
Clubs and individuals may only enter the Challenge once, and compete at one qualifying venue.
